01Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. Client engagements are additionally governed by the individual proposal or contract signed with FocalDive.
02Services
Scope, timelines, deliverables and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
03Payment
Project fees are invoiced as agreed in the proposal. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be paused or cancelled with one billing cycle of notice.
04Intellectual property
Once paid in full, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
05Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. FocalDive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
