FocalDive is an independent design studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, and how we use it.
02Information we collect
When you email us or book a call, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company and project information.
This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
03How we use it
We use your information only to respond to enquiries, deliver our services and improve this website. We never sell your personal data.
04Cookies and storage
On your first visit we ask which optional cookies you allow. Nothing optional loads until you choose, and "Reject all" is always as easy as "Accept all". You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Strictly necessary (always on): the fd_consent cookie remembers your choice for six months; your light or dark theme is kept in local storage, only if you pick one; and the fd_admin_session cookie keeps studio staff signed in to the admin area. None of these track you.
Booking (optional): if you allow it, booking buttons open the Cal.com scheduler in a popup on this site, and Cal.com may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. If you have not allowed it, clicking a booking button asks first, and you can choose to open cal.com in a new tab instead.
To show that consent was given, we keep a record of each choice: an anonymous random id, the options chosen and the time. It holds no name, IP address or device details.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@focaldive.io.
