FocalDive started as a single designer helping friends launch their first products. Today we are a compact team of designers and design engineers working with startups and established companies around the world.
We stay deliberately small. It keeps us close to the work, close to our clients, and honest about what we can deliver. Every project is led by a senior designer from the first call to the final handoff.
Our approach blends strategy, craft and engineering. We prototype early, test often and treat motion, copy and accessibility as part of the design - not decoration added at the end.
Focus first, then dive deep.
Our name is our process. We start by narrowing in on the one problem that matters most, then go deep until the solution feels obvious. Eight years and over a hundred launches later, it still works.
